What Happens if My Fish is Caught?
Once you’ve paid your signup fee, that is the end of your obligation. If your fish is caught, we will pay the prize amount to the winner. However, IF you would like to present the “big check” to the winner (and get some pictures for social media!), let us know and we will make sure to arrange it!
Can I sponsor more than one fish?
Absolutely! We have several sponsors that sponsor multiple fish. For each fish you sponsor, you increase your ad space. The ad space for each fish is 1/8 of a single page, so if you add more fish you are essential adding more blocks of ad space (2 fish = 1/4 page, 4 fish = 1/2 page, etc)

To sponsor multiple fish, just update the quantity in the form.

By signing up as a sponsor in the Hill's Crappie Roundup, I agree to sponsor a set number of fish worth a set value, and in return I will receive advertising in the brochure for the Crappie Round-Up distributed by Hill’s Minnow Farm in order to promote the event.

I agree to pay 25% of the total value of the fish in advance, and will receive advertising in the current year Crappie Round-Up brochure. I will not have any further obligation of payment in connection with the current year Crappie Round-Up.

If my sponsored fish are caught, Hill’s Minnow Farm will pay the remainder of the value of the fish to the participant that caught the fish. I also understand that I will NOT receive a refund for any fish that are not caught in the current year Crappie Round-Up.
